CONNECT VIA VIDEO CHAT
It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my couples. 9184 couples are unique because they are loving, a blast, and full of life. And they know and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of their love story, we need to have a connection and a relationship. I always say I want to be more like family than your photographer on your wedding day. For this to happen, I always like to meet via zoom for our first interaction.

LET'S MAKE IT OFFICIAL
After our initial video call, if you and your other half decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule, all able to be completed online!
Once your 50% retainer is paid, your date will be saved! From there, I’ll send you helpful education such as my wedding guide, a list of vendor recommendations, instructions on first looks and timelines, and more. And then, the best part– we’ll start planning your engagement session!

THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION
I love engagement sessions! All of my packages come with a complimentary session. They’re a little less busy and less stressful than the wedding day. Perfect because it’ll give us time to get to know each other, so we are less strangers on your big day – no pressure and no timeline.

AN EASY AND STREE FREE PLANNING PROCESS
I love being involved in the wedding planning process. As a photographer, I aim to ensure you have the most fun and stress-free day possible. Because of that, I am highly organized regarding your wedding day plans! Leading up to the day, I will help you create a detailed timeline for the day and a family formal photo list and will send you multiple questionnaires to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll receive my wedding day questionnaire, and from your answers, I’ll create all the organizational documents for your wedding day. About 2 weeks from the wedding, we’ll have a video call to review any final details to ensure all goes well the day of!

THE WEDDING DAY
The most magical day of your life is here! My main goal on your wedding day is to ensure it’s fun and as stress-free as possible. I will be right there for every moment to capture the day, from beginning to end, so that you have memories to last a lifetime. I arrive 1 hour before our scheduled start time, so I can meet your family and friends, get to know them, and scope out the lay of the land. I’ll begin with photographing your details. My absolute favorite part of the day is bride and groom portraits, so we’ll ensure we have plenty of time for this! It’s also my job to capture all the traditional and in-between moments so that you can look back on moments you may not have even realized were happening to relive your incredible day.

YOUR GALLERY
Your beautifully displayed online gallery is where you can download, share and print all of the high-resolution digital files. They are backed up for 10 years online, so your gallery won’t disappear on you! If you want to purchase prints from my professional print shop, you may also do that from your gallery! While you have full print rights to your images, I always recommend couples print through a professional lab if you want prints for your walls–the quality of professional labs is just so much better!! You can expect to receive your finished gallery approximately one to three weeks following your wedding.

I'M READY TO BOOK! HOW DO I MAKE THINGS OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL?
To reserve a date with 9184 Photography, 50% of your package price is due upfront as a retainer, along with the signed contract. The remaining 50% is due one week before your session date.
