I spent my Saturday morning with Joshua and Devin in Forsyth Park, Savannah, Georgia. It was a busy day due to the location and the build-up of tourists, but we got some fantastic shots! This session was excellent!
Joshua drove from Virginia to propose to Devin in front of Forsyth Park’s famous fountain. Devon thought the trip was just a quick getaway weekend. However, she has been anticipating this day. I had the best time with both Joshua and Devin!
Their story of how they met each other at church filled my heart! It was breezy that morning, so I had on a Jesus People sweatshirt I got at a Danny Gokey concert, and the first thing Devin said to me was she loved my shirt!! She said, “We love Jesus too!!!” From that point, I knew we would have a fantastic session! They are one of the best couples I have met. It was a joy to capture photos of this memorable time in their lives and have conversations with them that I will cherish forever. Yet, another moment where I felt like more of a friend to them than their hired photographer. I love all my 9184 couples!
